Michael Armbruster of Appraisal masters Incorporated is a senior designated member of the Appraisal Institute.  He is approved as both HUD-FHA and as an FDOT appraiser.  Mr. Armbruster is a Realtor and member of the St. Lucie Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.  He is a State Certified General Appraiser and is the 193rd person in Florida to ever be so state-certified.  Mr. Armbruster has been certified by the State of Florida's Department of Revenue to serve as an Appraiser Special Magistrate qualified to assist county appointed Value Adjustment Boards in hearing petitioner arguments for reduction in assessed value of their property, homesteaded and non homesteaded alike.
